General Information

The information on this site is for general information only. Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information is current and accurate, the information is selective and may not be complete or suitable for your intended use.

What Roost Offers

Roost will do whatever it takes to get you the very best home loan arrangement. We source loans from a panel of lenders with a large selection of products to help you get a great deal. Best of all, in most cases our advice won't cost you a cent.

The only time you may be charged a fee for our service is if you complete and sign a home loan application form, have it approved and documented by your lender, and then decide not to go ahead with the loan through us (ugh-oh). If this happens there may be a service fee of $500 to cover the loan-arranging fee that the Roost broker would have been paid by the lender.

Professional Advice

Roost strongly recommends that you seek advice from our brokers before acting on any information on this site. This site is not designed for the purpose of providing personal financial or investment advice.

Subject to Change

The information on this site may be changed at any time.

Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 ("UEMA")

The UEMA 2007 aims to stop people sending you unsolicited commercial electronic emails. Basically that means that if Roost sends you emails promoting our products or services it is because we believe you have provided us with consent to do so. Of course Roost would love to continue to keep in contact with you, however, should you not want to receive these emails, you should click here to email us and include the words "no promotion emails" in the subject line.
