Terms and Conditions of Entry:
1. To enter: The prize draw is open to new and existing customers of Roost 2007 Ltd
(Roost) aged 18 and over and who attend an appointment with a Roost mortgage
broker in person or complete an appointment over the phone; and submit an entry
form during the promotional period.
2. The promotional period begins 8.30am Friday 2 December 2011 and finishes midnight Saturday 31 March 2012.
Entry forms may be submitted either:
Online: via the URL link provided by your Roost broker. When the entry is successfully submitted online, you are automatically entered in the draw and will receive a confirmation message.
By paper entry (available from your Roost broker) where you need to complete and submit an Entry Form to a Roost broker in person. The Roost broker will then submit the form on your behalf.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. The Prize: a 12-month cleaning contract will be organised with a cleaning service provider selected by Roost from the winner’s local area (within New Zealand). The maximum value of the contract will be $2,000 NZD. If Roost is unable to identify a suitable cleaning service within the winner’s location, Roost reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize for a similar retail value. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
While Roost will endeavor to choose a reputable cleaning provider, Roost takes no responsibility for the selection of the cleaning provider, the service provided or any loss caused by the cleaning provider. The cleaning provider will be paid by Roost for the cleaning service. You must discuss all issues relating to the cleaning contract directly with the selected cleaning provider.
5. Prize draw: The first eligible participant who’s Entry Form is drawn at random will win the Prize. The winner will be drawn within 15 days from the end date of the promotional period. Roost will notify the prizewinner within a week of the prize draw via details provided on their Entry Form. Roost will then work with the winner to co-ordinate the fulfillment of the prize.

6. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. You give your consent for your personal information to be held by Roost 2007 Ltd (Roost) of Level 21, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, NZ. You may contact Roost to ask to see the information held about you and if you believe that information is incorrect you may ask that it be corrected.
Your information will be held securely. You consent to your personal information being used by Roost for marketing purposes and to inform and advise you about other products and services and as such may be provided to Roost’s related companies, its franchisees, brokers, contractors and employees to use for this purpose.
7. All of Roost’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Roost reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. Roost and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost, incomplete or discredited entries.
8. Roost reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
9. You consent to receiving electronic messages and information regarding financial services or any other products, services or promotions offered by Roost (and its related companies) and agree, pursuant to the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, that the person sending any such message need not include a functional unsubscribe facility in the message.
